Tears of Time - Outlander themed cocktail

To capture and serve the glistening tears of time. A beautifully evocative combination.  A cocktail from our Outlander themed cocktail bar.

In a tall glass pour the Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit over a generous quantity of crushed ice and add the raspberry liqueur.  Top up with lemonade, stir and drizzle the Rosebay syrup through the cocktail and then garnish with a slice of lemon, strawberries and serve.

• 50mls Birch and Elderflower Wild Scottish Spirit
• 25mls Raspberry Liqueur
• 25mls Rosebay syrup
• Lemonade
• Ice
• Slice of lemon and strawberries to garnish
